Sometimes it is difficult to have users sending you screen shots of their SU53 results due to various reasons. If you don’t’ want to wait until you get the SU53 screen shots, you can ask the user to perform a SU53 and then ‘pick it up’ yourself.

After the user is using SU53, you do the same and press ‘F5’ or by clicking the icon as shown below:

 You will be prompted to enter the user ID of the ‘remote’ user:
